Introduction

Dehydration Principle:

Acid-washed quartz sand is first pumped into a stainless steel dehydration tank via a sand pump. Rapid water filtration is then achieved by a combination of compressed air introduced from the top of the tank and vacuum pump suction from the bottom. Within 5 hours, 30-50 tons of quartz sand can be dehydrated to below 7%.
