Quartz sand dehydration equipment


First, the acid-washed quartz sand is pumped into a stainless steel dewatering tank via a sand pump. Then, a combination of compressed air injected from the top of the tank and vacuum pump suction from the bottom is used to achieve rapid water filtration. 30-50 tons of quartz sand can be dewatered to below 7% in a single 5-hour operation.
