Working principle:

Quartz sand containing weakly magnetic materials flows evenly from the feeder to the magnetic belt below. The magnetic belt moves forward, and the sand automatically spreads evenly in a thin layer on the magnetic belt. When passing through the strong magnetic roller, the weakly magnetic materials are attracted and, with the rotation of the roller, are diverted to the bottom of the roller and discarded into the waste material collection bin. The quartz sand then falls into the next magnetic belt for further magnetic separation. After multiple passes through the strong magnetic roller for magnetic separation, the weakly magnetic materials in the quartz sand can be removed cleanly.

Features:

Through multiple passes of strong magnetic rollers repeatedly turning and magnetically separating the quartz sand, the iron-containing weakly magnetic materials can be magnetically separated cleanly. The output of this commonly used model is 5-10 tons per hour. To meet user requirements for the quality of the finished sand after magnetic separation, the number of strong magnetic rollers can be increased or decreased. The length of the strong magnetic rollers can also be increased or decreased to meet user requirements for the output of quartz sand after magnetic separation. This magnetic separator is commonly used for the fine selection and iron removal of high-grade quartz sand, feldspar powder, and other non-metallic mineral products.
