Working principle:

Crushed stone particles less than 80 mm after being crushed by the crusher enter the tail end of the washing machine. The crushed stones are soaked in water, and the blades on the two shafts of the washing machine rotate relatively. Under the pushing, squeezing, turning, and friction of the blades, the crushed stones move forward. The mud, mica, and other impurities on the surface of the crushed stones are washed away with the flushing water, and the crushed stones are pushed out from the outlet and sent to the belt conveyor or hopper.

Clean quartz stone particles are processed into quartz sand by a sand making machine, which ensures better quality of the quartz sand, and the whiteness of the sand and micro powder is better. The hourly output of this model is about 20-30 tons, and the model can be customized according to the user's output requirements.
