Pulse dust collector

Working principle:

The induced draft fan of the pulse dust collector draws the dusty gas from the inlet into the middle shell. The clean gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper shell via the Venturi tube, and is discharged from the clean gas outlet. The dust is trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag. As time goes on, the dust adsorbed on the filter bag becomes thicker and thicker, and the resistance of the filter bag becomes larger and larger. At this time, the pulse controller sends a signal, and the program automatically controls the opening and closing of each pulse valve, so that the high-pressure gas source is sprayed into the filter bag through the spraying hole and the Venturi tube. Due to the action of the high-pressure gas, the filter bag expands sharply, causing impact vibration, and the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharging mechanism.
