Pickling wastewater treatment equipment

After pickling, the sand-washing wastewater containing acid is neutralized by stirring and then treated with chemicals. It is then pumped to this equipment for flocculation, sedimentation, sand filtration, and reverse osmosis. After the impurities and iron ions in the wastewater settle, clean water is obtained, realizing the reuse of water in a cycle. The settled impurities are pressed into a cake-like substance by a filter press.

Twin-shaft stone washing machine

Clean quartz stone particles are processed by a sand making machine to ensure higher quality quartz sand, with better whiteness of sand and micro powder. This model has an hourly output of about 20-30 tons and can be customized according to user's output requirements. This equipment is suitable for cleaning various ores such as quartz stone, feldspar and iron ore.

High-intensity magnetic separator

Quartz sand containing weakly magnetic materials flows evenly from the feeder to the magnetic belt below.

Pulse dust collector

The pulse dust collector induced draft fan draws the dust-laden gas from the inlet into the middle casing. Clean gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper casing via a Venturi tube, and is discharged from the clean gas outlet. The dust is trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag. Over time, the dust adsorbed on the filter bag becomes thicker and the filter bag resistance increases.

High-frequency dewatering screen

The exciting force alters the water tension on the surface of the slurry, allowing the pulp water to pass through the screen as underflow
